Software License Agreements generally have two major components: (1) a License Agreement granting the licensee the right to use the software and (2) a Maintenance and Support Agreement for a specified period after the software goes live.

4 Meet with decision maker at software vendor to discuss your requested changes and come to closure of final issues. |
