The approval to move forward into Design/Build processes is an important step to ensure that the scope and objectives of the program have not changed significantly and that the solution continues to support defined requirements.

Compliance	Obtain Domain Advocacy and Comptroller compliance: Domain Advocacy consists of a program architecture review and a program management review.
