Compliance Obtain Domain Advocacy and Comptroller compliance:
Domain Advocacy consists of a program architecture review and a program management review. The lead Domain needs to advocate a program to the Comptroller. Comptroller compliance is required prior to proceeding to the next phase.

Prepare appropriate documentation to validate compliance with requirements of Clinger Cohen Act.

Obtain CIO acknowledgement of CCA compliance:
