Leadership Prepare for succession planning and turnover 4
Assure that leadership continues throughout production and support phase.
  Measure and monitor change effectiveness 4
Drive toward continuous improvement and organization transformation by maintaining leadership support and involvement
Communications Conduct "customer satisfaction" survey 4
Follow up with the different levels in the organization to determine if the goals and objectives have been met and if the users are satisfied. This activity should be coordinated with post implementation measuring against the business case and proactively identify areas that need to be addressed. This activity may also identify end users that may require additional training.
Organization Structure Ongoing review and future phase planning 4
Monitor effectiveness of the new organization and adjust roles and resources as necessary. Plan for future organization impact as a result of rollouts and new functionality being implemented.
Readiness Assure final readiness of organization 4
Assure an adequate state of readiness exists in all areas (users trained, new organization structure, support desk, desktop environment, ....) exist prior to system turn-on.
  Continue to monitor and measure adoption of change 4
As change continues post system introduction continue to work change issue to assure continuous system acceptance and organization transformation
Education / Training New skills/process training 4
Conduct End User Training to include basic system education and role specific training as described in the End User Training Plan. A job-ready-qualification will ensure the needed skills are gained by the end users.
  Continuing education 4
Provide on-going training for end users to cover employee turnover. Provide delta training for system upgrades. Continued skills development to move end users from apprentices to journey-men, to masters.
