Document programs that are effectively satisfying the investment strategy.
    1. Examine programs in current investment strategy. Use on-going program reviews to examine programs included in the investment strategy and evaluate their effectiveness in fulfilling the capability or performance gaps identified.
    2. Update investment and acquisition strategies. Adjust acquisition and investment strategies as appropriate.

Evolves architecture products as the system evolution plan and business process changes are implemented.
    1. Update OV products. Update OV products with functional improvements addressed by ongoing programs.
    2. Update SV products. Update SV products to reflect changing systems landscape based on program implementations.
    3. Update TV and DV products. Update TV and DV products to reflect changing technical requirements and information exchanges based on program implementations.
3 Re-examine solution sets not yet addressed 4
Re-examine solution sets not yet addressed for continuing relevance to the overall mission area.
    1. Evaluate other solution sets. Re-evaluate existing but unimplemented solution sets using the updated architecture products.
    2. Update solution set listing. Maintain those solution sets with continuing relevance to capability or performance gaps for future investment strategies; delete those being satisfied by ongoing programs.
