2 Identify solution alternatives 4
Through research, interviews, brainstorming, and development of architecture products to support the business change, identify the possible solution alternatives that could meet the program's needs / mission as specified in the Project Needs Document Template. Acquiring a solution as part of a comprehensive service approach versus implementing a solution presents two different approaches. This solution service needs to be approached differently in the areas of acquisition and service level agreements and is not addressed in this toolkit at this time. Both the solution service and solution implementation approach need to address requirements and active reengineering by the organization.
