Develop high-level operational concept (OV-1) and operational node connectivity description (OV-2) for the business area of concern.

Identify the Systems Interface Description (SV-1), Systems Communications Description (SV-2), Systems-Systems matrix (SV-3), Systems Functionality Description (SV-4), and Operational Activity to Systems Function Traceability Matrix (SV-5) segments of the Component architecture for the business area of concern.

Begin to identify discrete information assurance requirements source and the method to be used to demonstrate/document its satisfaction.

Ensure that goals and objectives tie to DoD Strategic Plan and Future Logistics Enterprise. Develop Overview and Summary Information (AV-1) that reflects scope, objectives, and approach of the program.
